These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website and Services, including purchasing the Metabolic Reset program.

By accessing our site or purchasing Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services and Medical Disclaimer

I'm a certified health coach, but not a licensed medical professional. The information provided on this website, in my social media profiles, and in my health coaching programs is for informational purposes only and is not intended to substitute professional medical advice, diagnoses, or treatment.

Always seek advice from your physician or other qualified healthcare provider before undertaking a new health regimen, and do not disregard medical advice or delay seeking medical advice because of information you read on this website.

We provide the Metabolic Reset program: personalized 1:1 coaching, a supporting curriculum, and optional add-on testing (hair tissue mineral analysis, DNA testing, and/or blood work) for clients who want an extra layer of insight. We make no guarantees of specific results except as explicitly provided under the Metabolic Reset Guarantee described in Section 10 below. Outcomes vary based on individual effort and circumstances.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18+ to purchase Services.

3. Payments and Refunds

Payments are as stated for the Metabolic Reset program (one-time or installments via secure processor).

All sales are final. We do not offer cash refunds. If you're not seeing results, see the Metabolic Reset Guarantee in Section 10 for what we commit to instead.

Late payments may incur fees or suspend Services.

4. Scheduling and Cancellations

Life happens. If you need to miss a scheduled session, just let us know and we'll find another time for it — usually within a few days.

5. Intellectual Property

All materials (reports, protocols, curriculum content) are our property. You receive a limited, non-transferable license for personal use. No sharing, reselling, or commercial use.

6. Confidentiality

We keep your information confidential. You agree not to disclose proprietary coaching materials.

7. Termination

We may terminate access for violation of Terms. Upon termination, unused prepaid Services may not be refunded.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages or any health outcomes. Liability is limited to amounts paid for Services.

9. Disclaimer

Services are provided "as is." We disclaim warranties of fitness for a particular purpose.

10. The Metabolic Reset Guarantee

This section describes our results-based guarantee for the Metabolic Reset program.

What "meaningful progress" means is defined together, in writing, during your Free Consultation — before you enroll or pay. You and your coach agree on specific goals at that time, and that written agreement is what the guarantee is measured against.

If you complete the full 12 weeks — attending check-ins and calls and following the protocol as agreed — and have not made the meaningful progress defined in your written agreement, we will continue coaching you at no additional cost until that goal is reached.

This guarantee does not entitle you to a cash refund. See Section 3.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by laws of the Kingdom of Spain.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
